For this purpose, we, foreign students who have completed and are still continuing their education in Turkey, have established this digital platform. It is aimed to bring together foreigners who have completed their education in Turkey or who are still a student at a university in Turkey or who are in Turkey in any way, and the Turkish real sector in the UTB Trader & Trade environment. In line with the aforementioned goal, when Turkish companies visit this digital platform and create their own company registrations; although the meeting place is a virtual environment, they will be able to reach real demands and people through this virtual environment. Similarly, when the relevant UTB Traders visit this site or enter their relevant requests, they will be able to easily communicate with businesses operating in the real sector in Turkey. In addition, our friends who are continuing their education in Turkey or who have completed their education will also have the chance to come together with the relevant businesses in terms of employment and internship. So how will this database be used?

There are two main parties to the UTB Trader & Trade digital database. These are UTB Traders and Exporters. In this case, let us explain the use of the database separately for UTB Traders and Exporters.

- Use of UTB Trader & Trade Database for UTB Traders:

When accessing this database from https://www.utbtrade.com or https://www.utbtrader.com, the login page in the form of Exporter Companies will be seen first. Although the general profile of this platform is seen on the login page, UTB Traders can benefit from the functions of this platform by clicking on the place where the Join NOW statement is located in the center of the page and shown below.

This will open the following section.

Here too, select UTB Trader Membership. Once you have made that choice and click on Create Account, the following interface will open.

Fill in the required fields, check the Consent Text and the Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data and click on Become a Member and your free membership will be completed. By the way, the answer to the UTB Trader question is as follows; UTB Trader is defined as a non-Turkish citizen who is not a citizen of Turkey but who has studied or is studying in Turkey or who wants to benefit from the services of this platform. If you meet these conditions, please register and log in as a UTB Trader. After completing the aforementioned registration process, you will be able to benefit from the following services provided by this digital platform.

These are

• - Entry of requests to purchase goods from Turkey,
• - Request entry for the sale of goods to Turkey,
• - Entry of a request for cooperation with a business in Turkey,
• - Entry of a desire to work in a business in Turkey,
• - Entry of a desire to do an internship in a company in Turkey,
• - In Turkey, in the country that an enterprise defines as a target market, the relevant Turkish

Entry of a willingness to provide guidance to his/her business.

In addition, thanks to the search engine shown above, you can reach the Turkish Companies operating in Turkey and listed on our digital platform by searching by Sector, by the Product you need and by Company Title.

As UTB Trader, you can make the necessary edits to your profile and enter your requests by entering your name and surname in the upper right corner of the platform as shown below.

- Use of UTB Trader & Trade Database for The Firms:

When you access this database from https://www.utbtrade.com or https://www.utbtrader.com, you will first see the login page in the form of Exporter Companies. While the login page shows the general profile of this platform, in order for Exporters to benefit from the functions of the UTB Trader & Trade platform, click in the center of the page where it says JOIN NOW as shown below.

This will open the following section.

Here, select Exporter and Manufacturer Company Membership. When you make this choice and click on Create Account, the following interface will open.

Please fill in the required sections and click on Become a Member by marking the Consent Text and the Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data and your free membership will be completed. If you request a Paid Membership, you can click on Switch to Paid Membership and access our Packages related to paid memberships. Here you can complete the relevant membership process according to your Silver Membership, Gold Membership and Platinum Membership preferences. When you complete the free membership process, you will be able to see the following information as a Free Member without contact information;

• - Goods purchase requests from Turkey,
• - Requests to sell goods to Turkey,
• - Requests for cooperation with related enterprises in Turkey,
• - Knowledge of foreign personnel to employ in your company's foreign trade department,
• - Information on foreign personnel who want to do internship in the foreign trade department of your company,
• - Guidance and assistance services in a country you have identified as a target market If you request, the personnel information you need
• - Promotion of your company and products without photos

• - Urgent Request by your company (this urgent request can be export-oriented, import-oriented or personnel-oriented)

In addition to these, as a Platinum Member at the Paid Membership point, you will be able to see unlimited up-to-date information under the following headings without any restrictions. These are

• - Requests to sell goods to Turkey,
• - Requests for cooperation with related enterprises in Turkey,
• - Knowledge of foreign personnel to employ in your company's foreign trade department,
• - Information on foreign personnel who want to do internship in the foreign trade department of your company,

• - Urgent Request by your company (this urgent request can be export-oriented, import-oriented or personnel-oriented)
• - Free advertising of your company in our digital database for 1 month

In addition, the UTB Trader&Trade platform also contributes to the Export Market Research support ([email protected]), Foreign Trade Consultancy support ([email protected]), and answers to your general questions and problems related to foreign trade ([email protected]) for all members. In order to use this database effectively and functionally, companies can make the relevant queries in the search engine below.

In order to query the purchase requests from Turkey as a company, first select the Importing From Turkey section in the search engine and then click on the space in the search engine, select your country preference and click on the lens logo as the search icon. At the end of the process, you will see the purchase requests for goods from Turkey based on your preferred country.

Similarly, to inquire about requests to sell goods to Turkey as a company; first select the Exporting to Turkey section in the search engine and then click on the space in the search engine, select the country and click on the lens logo as the search icon. At the end of the process, you will find sales requests from your preferred country to Turkey.

If you want to search for requests from related countries that have cooperation requests with companies in Turkey; first select the Cooperation with Turkey section in the search engine and then click on the space in the search engine, select the country and click on the lens logo as the search icon. At the end of the process, it will be seen that cooperation requests for Turkey from your preferred country are listed.

In addition to these, you can also search for foreign personnel or interns to employ in your foreign trade department in terms of human resources for your company in this search engine. In this case, select Search Staff for International Trade or Search Interns for International Trade according to your needs and then click on the space in the search engine, make the language preferences that the personnel should know and click on the lens logo as the search icon. At the end of the process, the information of UTB Traders who want to work in the foreign trade departments of companies in Turkey or who want to do an internship will be reached on the basis of the foreign languages you prefer. Similarly, it is also possible to find the support of the personnel who will provide you with translation and guidance on your business in the country where you will make a business visit by selecting Business Guide in Targeted Country from the same search engine and conducting a search.

In addition, companies can complete their membership registration and make the necessary profile and other arrangements where their names appear in the upper right corner.
